Terms of Use
The app
Tappel is an iOS app operated by Olloms sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (KRS 874483). By using Tappel you agree to these terms.
Your purchase
Tappel is a one-time purchase of $24.99 that unlocks the app for the lifetime of the product on your Apple account. It is not a subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tappel on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which applies in addition to these terms.
No warranty
Tappel is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep it correct and private, but we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
