Terms of Use
The app
Tappel is an iOS app operated by Olloms sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (KRS 874483). By using Tappel you agree to these terms.
Your purchase
Tappel's personal features are a one-time purchase that unlocks them for the lifetime of the product on your Apple account. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Tappel Business
Tappel Business is an optional auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, sold only in the Polish App Store and separately from the one-time purchase — neither includes the other. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy, and Apple bills you. Without a subscription you can issue three documents and fetch invoices from KSeF once, for free. Where a free trial is offered, it lasts 7 days and turns into the plan you chose unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple. If the subscription ends, everything you created stays on your iPhone and in your iCloud, and you can still open, share and export it; issuing documents beyond the three free ones and fetching invoices from KSeF need an active subscription.
Your invoices and KSeF
You are responsible for the content of the documents you issue (seller and buyer details, amounts, VAT rates and legal notes), for checking what Tappel fills in from a receipt, a PDF or KSeF, and for meeting your own tax, bookkeeping and KSeF obligations, including keeping invoices as long as the law requires. You generate the KSeF token and choose its permissions; it stays on this iPhone and is not synced to your other devices. You can revoke it in KSeF at any time — do so if you lose your iPhone. KSeF is operated by the Ministry of Finance; we are not responsible for its availability or for how it handles a submitted invoice.
Figures and advice
Tappel prepares documents, totals and exports and sends them where you tell it to. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. The Summary and other totals are an orientation, not a tax return, a VAT or JPK filing, or bookkeeping. Exchange rates come from the NBP and the ECB as published and may be missing or late.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tappel on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which applies in addition to these terms.
No warranty
Tappel is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep it correct and private, but we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, including as a sole trader treated as a consumer under Polish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
