Tappel is built so there is nothing to collect. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Everything lives on your phone

Transactions, rules and budgets are stored on-device. iCloud sync, if you turn it on, uses your personal iCloud — we couldn't read it if we wanted to.

One network call, total

Tappel only downloads public exchange rates from the European Central Bank once a day. That request carries nothing about you.

No analytics, no tracking

No analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no crash uploaders. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" because there is nothing to collect.

No bank credentials, ever

Tappel reads what your own phone already knows about an Apple Pay purchase. Your bank login never enters the picture.

The website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We don't know you visited.
